Inbound Marketing

    Inbound Marketing

Do you know that if you have  a inbound marketing system it virtually guarantees success of your business, provided you pay attention to how you use it. There are so many ways to communicate with potential clients these days, you will always find something that will work for you. A lot of inbound marketing systems are automated, but you must never forget that your leads will respond better if you speak with them. Human Intervention is important for success.

Inbound Marketin

I am a member of MarketHive which is a free for life marketing system offering a suite of essential tools fully integrated into a social media site, designed from the bottom to get your message across to potential clients.

I believe in the system which has been enhanced so as to offer serious marketers the opportunity not only to promote their own business but also a way of sharing in the advertising revenue of the system, with a pathway of optional upgrades levels marking levels of achievement  and providing  additional affiliate income.

Some people who own marketing systems tend to be attracted to the idea of passive marketing, it sounds good. Money for doing nothing. But to be honest, a lot more money can be earnt by taking an active role,  encouraging and demonstrating to your leads, how to set-up the system to suit what they want to do.

Your leads need to be nurtured just like a parent nurture their children as they develop and learn about life and it is the same with MarketHive. The members you personally introduce  are referred to as your children and you should support them. Additional support is provided from other members, plus a support team.

According to Jake Newfield Vice President of Business Development at Alumnify, Author of A Cloud in the Sky, Writer for Elite Daily & Tech.co
2016 signifies a new era of marketing. Customers are changing, and as marketers we need to change along with them. Traditional outbound marketing campaigns like cold emails, cold calls, snail mail, and trade shows are not as effective as they once were several years ago. Consumers are now bombarded constantly by ads, information, and other messages from marketers trying to sell them, and they have become jaded. An outbound campaign no longer packs the same level of effectiveness as it once did. Thus, to reach our consumers it will require a strategic, well-planned inbound campaign to stand out from the competition and get noticed. If we embrace it, this change can be good; it can create more opportunities and expand out client base. Inbound marketing offers a refreshing variety of new, effective techniques that can enable us to see unprecedented growth. However, if we fail to embrace this adjustment of customer acquisition, our business' growth can be stunted. Inbound marketing will be king in 2016, and success will largely be dependent on a company's ability to perform with it.

Now you know that inbound marketing is going to be important for success, you need to consider your options. What is going to work for you and how much are you prepared to pay. Prices vary from  free to thousands of pounds a month, if you need help I suggest you watch this 30 minute video.

Why is Green Fire Engineered Reclamation

Here is the problem we are addressing.

Open Dumpsites

Open Dumpsites are a global problem. There are approximately 350 recognized open dump sites globally. They receive roughly 40% of the world’s waste and they serve about 3.5 – 4 billion people. That's half of the world's population.

The 50 biggest dumpsites directly affect the daily lives of 64 million people, a population the size of France, and indirectly affect half the worlds population

There have been and still are international calls for solutions to solve this escalating global health emergency. Green Fire has the solution.

While the risk of disease and illness to millions of people living in the immediate vicinity of open dumpsites is cause for concern in its own right, the impact of the gases and toxins being released into the atmosphere by burning the waste has global consequences.

Our intent is to achieve a coordinated response to the issue through a global alliance of organizations capable of delivering real change. Unless we do, the problem will exponentially accelerate as the global population increases

We are Green Fire

Green Fire is a passionate multi-disciplinary organization specializing in carefully engineered waste Remediation and Reclamation.

A number of years ago our group came together with a focus on developing ways of economically resolving the global epidemic of health risks facing society from waste. The result is Green fire Engineered Reclamation.

Green Fire Engineered Reclamation is an engineering company, made up of entrepreneurs, engineers, scientists and academic experts focused on the world's waste problem initially the open landfills.

We pride ourselves on our ability as a collective group to integrate all appropriate technologies, Green Fire's as well as third party technologies. We integrate technologies to build the best possible solution for the landfill and the local community.

We are focused on landfill mining.. With our technologies we are able to reclaim and re-purpose landfill real-estate by first removing the raw and useful materials from what has been rejected and secondly generating power from the remainder leaving only inert material to be used for manufacturing.

What we do is process the waste through the “application of heat.”

Green Fire has a patented technology several years in development and with several million dollars invested.. It is now ready to be taken into useful production.

The Green Fire Technology is an efficient electrochemical system powered by electricity that produces an intense field of radiant energy, a plasma, that causes the breaking apart of the molecular bonds of solid, liquid and gaseous compounds of materials both hazardous and nonhazardous.

With the Green Fire system, waste materials are prepared and fed into a first phase gasification chamber that operates at temperatures of approximately 1,500 degrees Fahrenheit.

The heat of the first stage plasma gasifier transforms the organic (carbon-based) materials into an ultra-clean, synthetic gas, called syngas. The clean syngas is then converted into transportation fuels such as ethanol and diesel, or industrial products like hydrogen and methanol. The syngas is used as a substitute for natural gas for heating and is used for electricity generation.

After the first phase, the waste materials flow into a second closed chamber where they are superheated to temperatures between 10,000 and 20,000 degrees Fahrenheit using an electricity – conducting gas called plasma.

In this secondary stage of the Green Fire process, inorganic (non-carbon-based) materials are transformed into environmentally inert raw materials.

That brings us to the recovered materials

These inert recovered materials will be re-purposed to enhance the local communities with appropriate technologies that include 3D Printing for site specific manufacturing and fabrication. The ultimate focus is creating a local manufacturing business for the betterment of community commerce.

Green Fire will provide the education and training, to local qualified individuals and professionals. All education provided will be supported by a mentoring program until a comfort level for independent operations has been reached at which point support and oversight will be minimizes to an as needed basis.

We build small low cost villages with our processes and materials. We provide designs to manufacture low cost housing for the local village.

We estimate that in most cases that 3D printing will best serve this process but it will be site specific based on the resources available.

Our villages are designed for a population range from of 50 to 150 individuals, although some are smaller, and larger villages of up to 2,000 individuals can exist as networks of smaller sub-communities.

These villages are provided electricity, fuels and clean water utilities as well as training and communication systems from Green Fire operations.

Green Fire Villages

Green Fire Villages are intentional villages whose goal is to become completely autonomous and more socially, economically and environmentally safe.

Who populates these initial villages?

Green Fire staff and employees, but most importantly the Landfill Pickers, and additional community support personnel such as medical, and emergency staff.

It is the people of the village that provide the labor for Green Fire operations.

There are approximately 15 million people who directly survive on and make the landfill an integral part of their lifestyle. These people have formed and are a part of a global organization. The Landfill Pickers are the initial target of Green Fire.

It is our intent to enhance the living standard of these people and the surrounding communities.

What is meant by Inbound Marketing?

Inbound Marketing Tools

I Just recently held the phrase Inbound Marketing and I said to myself what does that mean?

I started to research the phrase Inbound Marketing and found out the following:

Inbound is about creating and sharing content with the world. By creating content specifically designed to appeal to your best customers, inbound attracts qualified prospects to your business and keep them coming back for more information.

This information is published through blogs, videos, eBooks, social media marketing, etc.

Inbound marketing also refers to the marketing activities that bring visitors in, rather than marketers having to go out to get the prospects' attention.

He sent her roses – A love story

I post this to honor my 38th wedding anniversay, Today.

Happy anniversary, Dear.

This story tells of love and dedication.  Every year I dig this out of my archives and read it a few dozen times just to get my relationship into prespective.

Enjoy

He sent her roses

The person who did this was Jack Benny….
You have to read this it is absolutely beautiful……

Each year he sent her roses,
and the note would always say,
I love you even more this year,
than last year on this day.

My love for you will always grow,
with every passing year.'

She knew this was the last time
that the roses would appear.
She thought, he ordered roses
in advance before this day.
Her loving husband did not know,
that he would pass away.

He always liked to do things early,
way before the time.
Then, if he got too busy,
everything would work out fine.

She trimmed the stems and
placed them in a very special vase.

Then, sat the vase beside
the portrait of his smiling face.

She would sit for hours,
In her husband's favorite chair.
While staring at his picture,
and the roses sitting there.

A year went by, and it was
to live without her mate.
With loneliness and solitude,
that had become her fate.

Then, the very hour,
The doorbell rang, and there
were roses sitting by her door.

She brought the roses in,
and then just looked at them in shock.
Then, went to get the telephone,
to call the florist shop.

The owner answered, and she asked him,
if he would explain,
Why someone would
do this to her,
causing her such pain?

'I know your husband passed away,
more than a year ago,'
The owner said,
'I knew you'd call, and you would want
to know.

The flowers you received today,
were paid for in advance.
Your husband always planned ahead,
he left nothing to chance.

There is a standing order,
that I have on file down here,
And he has paid, well in advance,
you'll get them every year.

There also is another thing,
that I think you should know,
He wrote a special little card…he
did this years ago.
Then, should ever I find out
that he's no longer here,
that's the card that should be sent to
you the following year.'

She thanked him and hung up the phone,
her tears now flowing hard.

Her fingers shaking,
as she slowly reached to get the card.

Inside the card, she saw that he
had written her a note.
Then, as she stared in total silence,

this is what he wrote…

'Hello my love, I know it's been a
year since I've been gone.
I hope it hasn't been too hard for you
to overcome. I know it must be lonely,
and the pain is very real.
Or if it was the other way,I know how I would feel.

The love we shared made everything
so beautiful in life.
I loved you more than words can say,
you were the perfect wife.
You were my friend and lover,
you fulfilled my every need.
I know it's only been a year,
but please try not to grieve.
I want you to be happy,
even when you shed your tears.

That is why the roses will be sent to
you for years.
When you get these roses,
think of all the happiness that we had
together, and how both of us were blessed.

I have always loved you and
I know I always will.
But, my love, you must go on,
you have some living still.

Please…try to find happiness,
while living out your days.
I know it is not easy,
but I hope you find some ways.

The roses will come every year,
and they will only stop,
When your door's not answered,
when the florist stops to knock.

He will come five times that day,
in case you have gone out.
But after his last visit,
he will know without a doubt!

To take the roses to the place,
where I've instructed him
and place the roses where we are,
together once again.

May we all be loved  so much.

Singapore Makes Plans to 3D Print Public Housing

BY MICHAEL MOLITCH-HOU ON · 3D PRINTING,ASIA,CONSTRUCTION,NEWS,LOW INCOME HOUSING

[This article and video demonstrates the viability of 3D printing. The Green Fire Engineered Reclamation solution to low income housing is using 3D printing and the inert raw materials recovered from landfills to build the housing in panelized designs for the villagers to assemble. M]

In a world of economic scarcity, public housing has become essential for sheltering our species’ most vulnerable populations. Interestingly, the island city-state of Sinagpore having a unique approach to public housing, with 80% of the resident population living in government buildings and, more than that, the small nation implemented some housing practices that the United States has sometimes been too afraid to tackle when it comes to public housing:socioeconomically integrated public developments. Now, Singapore is moving beyond these important strategies to novel methods of construction, namely 3D printing.

The Most Effective Mobile Marketing Tips

Mobile marketing is the new wave of marketing that allows businesses to access their potential consumers at almost any point in their day. Due to the accessibility allowed to consumers by mobile devices of all kinds, businesses can now capitalize on the digital age in a more direct way than ever before.

Build exclusivity and status into your mobile marketing. Mobile devices themselves have become aspirational. Phones, tablets and even some mobile apps have become symbols of status. Follow suit with your mobile marketing by offering exclusive content to your mobile readers or downloads only available to those who have subscribed for mobile messaging.

Compared to general Internet marketing, mobile marketing must be short and specific. For example, when targeting users on desktops, it is fine to use a banner ad that points to the main page of your web store. However, on a mobile ad, even if you manage to get users to visit your website, the vast majority of visitors will not spend time browsing your website. It is far more effective to choose a specific product, and use a concise message that links them directly to a purchase page.

Promote! Promoting your mobile call to action is one of the most important things you can do to be successful with mobile marketing. Your intentions may be good, but if no one signs up, they will all be for nothing. Place your call to action on any existing marketing materials you use, your social networking sites, direct mail, email, and have employees in the store tell every single customer.

Check out your website and other associated pages from your mobile. Does it look good? This change came on the internet fairly quickly so many websites are not optimized to be viewed from mobile devices. If you do not have a mobile version of your website, you should look into making one soon.

Your mobile ads must be short and sweet or the customer will delete! Customers do not want or have the time to scroll through lengthy messages. Keep your ads as brief and concise as possible to increase the chances of it being read and of customers purchasing your product!

Make sure your mobile marketing campaign works across all mobile platforms. To run a successful campaign, you don't want to leave a large part of your audience without the availability to see your ads. You also don't want to discourage them by running an ad that they can see, but doesn't function properly on their device. Make sure your campaign is available on all platforms, and test it for functionality before you email it.

Failure to make your mobile marketing cross-platform capable, will cost you dearly. The variety of mobile devices available is staggering, and there are multiple platforms to be compatible with. Your ad campaign should target iPhones, Android devices, Blackberry, Windows mobile and tablet devices.

Now that you have a full understanding about mobile marketing and how it can benefit your business, you can take the first steps toward increasing your visibility. The advice within this article can be a stepping stone to the world of mobile marketing and increased profit potential for your business.

Driverless Vehicles on UK Roads?

Driverless Vehicles in the UK ?

The UK government has just announced that testing of autonomous vehicles in the UK may take place on roads in the UK, including a section of specially adapted motorway, I suppose that this is good news but it will be some time before you will see a car without someone sitting in the driving seat.

Anyone who has used an in car navigation will know that GPS is an aid but does not at the moment provide information on one way streets and bus lanes. In fact at times it can be a distraction for drivers. I have on occasions approaching or on a round about listening to the instruction nearly forgotten to observe traffic lights and at least once had to advise my wife to make a left hand turn due to the road ahead being restricted to buses only.

Clearly a lot of work will be required for vehicles to be able see and react to their surrounding as well as knowing where they are and how to get to their destination. Laws will need to be amended, to cover situations where a driver is not in control of a vehicle, even if seated in the drivers seat as vehicle is switched to autonomous mode.

Inter vehicle communication is envisages with cars signalling each other when they are braking or encountering road hazards such as traffic jams, accidents and hazardous road condition, but these are in the future. During the first phase there will be a test driver ready to take override action when necessary, Autonomous mode wll probably be restricted to motorway driving and slow speed manoeuvres

Having a CRM system doesn’t mean you no longer have to pick up the phone!

In many types of businesses a salesman is required to close sales. This is not only true for big ticket items like cars and airplanes, but a myriad of different types of businesses too numerous to be named.

Even for most of the items on your grocery store shelves, a salesman probably was involved to get the supermarket manager or chain, interested enough to provide shelf space for that particular product at some point in time. Even though new automation marketing may provide prospect data and up to the minute d detailed information on how your prospects interact on your website, this information alone will usually not close the sale.

This is quite obvious basic information, of course, but no company with a CRM system (Customer Relationship Management) software should be unclear that the CRM software is merely a tool to provide additional data for the salesperson, and to help find the prospects who are ready, willing, and able to buy at the current time.

Face to face visits, (when possible), phone calls, Skype calls, webinar events, presentations, etc. are where sales are made. Everything else is just background to the actual sale. Sometimes the amount of data can be a little distracting, but keeping all eyes on the prize should prevent this.

The relationship between the salesman and the customer is the most critical one a business has, and all the advertising in the world, cannot substitute for the personal relationship that exists there.

Sales and marketing managers also need to make sure that this fundamental level of contact with the customer is taken care of. Tracking calls, visits, and all of these one-to-one connections with prospects is just as critical as the detailed information you receive from a CRM, if not of greater importance. CRM systems, once costly propositions restricted to entrerprise-level companies are now highly affordable, even for the smallest business.

A Different Job Interview

I spent an interesting morning yesterday at the National Water sports Centre Holme Pierrepont. I had applied for work there and I was invited for a practical assessment. Unfortunately the weather system which resulted in the snow storm which shut down the East coast of the USA, was  passing
over the UK, so the winds were high with rain in the north.

There were a number of no shows so what had been planned to last a day only covered the morning as only one other person attended. We ended up only doing one practical test of building a raft and assembled a raft using four barrels, two long poles as six short and thinner poles and numerous ropes. We took our time and after 30 minutes built a passable raft, capable of carry four people. We were then made aware of possible safety issues where  limbs could become trapped. Three instructors them demonstrated a different design using four Barrels, the two long poles and just four ropes built in 5mins and once again pointing out areas to watch when assembling and using rafts.

The winds were still strong, above the limits of normal operations so no further tests were possible  but we were taken on a tour around the site viewing the Rowing course, Assault course challenge, E-combat, Sky trail, mini golf, Laser Tag and Segways. I was impressed with the Sky trail from a  safety point of view as users are permanently attached  to a track from start to finish and even toddlers can use a mini version, We also viewed the extensive sailing and canoeing equipment, safety boats, White Water area and Wake boarding set-up.

We finished up with checking our certificates and discussing work opportunities. One question  came to light was my lack of formal certification  versus years of experience. Which has the most value, ideally you need both. Rules and regulations in the UK require valid certificates, however no training can cover all eventualities and this  is where experience comes into play. The question for potential employers is it worth to spend time and money in training up experienced people or do they accept only those with certification.

I now have to wait a few weeks, as they have another weekend assessment to complete, before they will invite selected candidates for a more formal interview.

This afternoon, I continue my School Governor training, having been elected in December, I need to learn  more about how the education system works in the UK.
